One (1) Year Limited Warranty
What is Covered. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below.
How Long Coverage Lasts. This warranty runs for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What is Not Covered. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear (e.g., retention changes over time); (b) damage caused by abuse or failure to follow care instructions; (c) business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential use; (d) unauthorized product modifications or alterations; and (e) water or heat damage.
What Black Arch Will Do. Black Arch, at its sole discretion, will replace or refund the purchase price, not to exceed product MSRP, any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Replacements are subject to color substitution. Replacements for discontinued models may be for compatible product of similar value. Consumer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns.
How to Get Service. E-mail sales@blackarchholsters.com to submit your warranty claim. Please provide a copy of your receipt or invoice and photo verification of the defect.
How State Law Applies. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Black Arch shall not be liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from the purchase, installation and/or use of this product.
